Purpose

Toggle Current Window View - Iconize and Maximize.

Operation

This package provides two functions that operate on the current edit window to switch among iconized, normalized, and maximized states.

  • tlaWindowIconizeToggle

    • Shrink Maximized window to Iconized..
    • Shrink Normalized window to Iconized.
    • Expand Iconized window to Normalized.

  • tlaWindowMaximizeToggle

    • Shrink Maximized window to Normalized.
    • Expand Normalized window to Maximized.
    • Expand Iconized window to Maximized.

If you assign these functions to a buttons you can quickly select the display state for the current buffer.

Installation

Perform the following steps:

  • Select the Code button on this page.
  • When the second window opens, select all the text in the text box.
  • Issue Ctl-C (copy).
  • Create a file in Visual SlickEdit with type Slick-C and extension ".e".
  • Issue Ctl-V (paste).
  • Issue Ctl-S (save).
  • Select PFK-12 to compile the macros.
